Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
- Work with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.
- Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
- Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Mitigation Specialist
- Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
- Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
- Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
- Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Xactimate and DASH experience preferred but not required
- Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
- Able to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people
- Stable work history with a strong work ethic
- Able to successfully close sales
- Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction
- A positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Determination and drive to win.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory record
- Clear criminal background
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
