Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments (qualified leads provided)
- Audit damage, determine scope of work, and prepare estimates
- Present mitigation solutions to homeowners in a time of need
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and mitigation process
- Cookordination and management of remediation crews to ensure job progress and compliance
- Monitor job status and communicate updates with customers, management, and insurance carriers
- Respond within one hour to new job notifications
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Basic math proficiency
- Comfortable working with technology, equipment, and software
- Ability to work overtime and some holidays as needed
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a respectful approach
- Stable work history with a strong work ethic
- Proven ability to close sales
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and competitive drive
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Clear criminal background
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on-call shift
