About the role

SerClean is a trusted restoration company serving homeowners and businesses in the Atlanta market. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services. We are seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners following emergency property damage events and guide them through the restoration process.

Responsibilities

  • Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
  • Audit water, mold, fire, and other property damage situations
  • Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions
  • Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
  • Secure signed work authorizations and close sales opportunities
  • Educate homeowners on the restoration process and next steps
  • Cookorate with production teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams
  • Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
  • Respond quickly to new leads and customer needs
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience
  • Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment
  • Proficiency with tablets, mobile applications, and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Qualifications

  • Preferred qualifications include restoration, remediation, roofing, HVAC, or construction sales experience
  • Experience working with insurance claims
  • Estimating or scope-development experience
  • Home services sales background
  • One-call-close sales experience

Pay

$60,000 base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle
