In Home Sales Representative Kitchen and Bath
About the Role
Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team in the fast-growing home services industry. As a successful candidate, you will conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up sales process, including virtual/in-home consultations, compelling presentations, and persistent sales follow-up. You'll work independently, generate outside leads, and leverage our strong lead flow to maximize your earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and in-home consultations with clients
- Make compelling presentations to homeowners
- Demonstrate persistence in sales follow-up
- Negotiate and position our services in the market
- Take measurements and create neat diagrams
- Generate outside leads and sales in addition to provided leads
- Attend sales appointments on Saturdays as required
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Genuine and empathetic listening abilities
- Confidence in proposing solutions and asking for the sale
- Computer and smartphone proficiency
- Professional demeanor suitable for working in clients' homes
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experienced sales professional with a self-starter mentality

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay
Uncapped sales commissions ranging from $60,000 to $150,000+ per year, with a guaranteed draw for the first two months for experienced sales representatives.
