Position Overview

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will build relationships with patients, families, healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations. Your primary focus will be educating prospective clients about available home healthcare services and helping them identify solutions that meet their needs. This is a consultative sales role centered around trust, communication, and long-term relationship building—not high-pressure selling.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with prospective patients and families to discuss care needs
  • Educate clients about available home healthcare services
  • Conduct in-home consultations and needs assessments
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
  • Develop referral partnerships within the local healthcare community
  • Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a positive client experience

  • Community outreach or relationship-building experience
  • Healthcare sales experience is helpful but not required
