Bath Planet of Montgomery / Bath Innovations of Alabama is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative immediately. This position offers a commission-based salary ranging from $50,000 to $150,000+, depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
• Conduct professional sales presentations using an iPad-based system
• Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions using company software
• Explain product features, benefits, and financing options
• Present pricing and close sales effectively
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Attend weekly sales training and development sessions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales experience is a plus)
• Experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required
• Comfortable presenting solutions in a customer's home
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
