Rose Remodeling is seeking a driven and customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath renovation solutions, and guide customers through the decision-making process from consultation to close. With strong leads, comprehensive training, and uncapped earning potential, this role is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to take control of their income and build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs and goals
• Conduct professional in-home consultations and sales presentations
• Create customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each customer’s vision and budget
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Effectively communicate product benefits, options, and project details
• Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
• Utilize technology and sales tools to manage opportunities and customer information

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software

Compensation

This is a commission-only sales position with expected annual earnings of $120,000–$350,000+, depending on performance. Top performers have unlimited earning potential.
