Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually sharpen your skills.
- Use our design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions for homeowners.
- Provide pricing, present solutions clearly, and secure sales consistently.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Bath Planet of New Jersey brand.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, strong people skills, and solid organizational abilities.
- Home improvement or in-home sales experience is required (bath or remodeling industry experience is a strong plus).
- Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area.
- Confidence speaking with homeowners and delivering professional presentations.
- Ambition, self-motivation, and disciplined work habits.
- A self-driven, goal-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Outgoing, articulate personality that performs well in social and client-facing settings.
Benefits
This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential, typically ranging from $150,000 – $175,000+ annually for top performers. The position is ideal for individuals who want a flexible schedule, strong lead flow, and the opportunity to control their income.
