In-Home Sales Representative

Commission-only sales role with pre-qualified leads and a flexible schedule.

About the role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested information about our bathroom remodeling products and services. Using our proven sales process and design technology, you’ll help customers create the bathroom of their dreams while generating strong sales results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations with pre-qualified leads
• Present our proprietary sales process using an iPad
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using company software
• Deliver pricing proposals and close sales
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local market
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$150,000 to $250,000+ annual earning potential (commission-based).
