In-Home Sales Representative

True North Kitchen & Bath is hiring In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners and sell high-quality bath remodeling solutions. We provide the leads, appointments, training, and support—you focus on closing deals and earning great commissions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Present bath remodeling solutions
• Build project proposals and pricing
• Close sales and help customers improve their homes
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• In-home sales experience is a plus
• Home improvement industry experience preferred (bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, etc.)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation

Pay

$100,000 - $250,000+ per year (uncapped commission structure)
