Key Responsibilities
- C Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- B Design personalized bath solutions using company software
- C Provide accurate pricing and close sales
- D Attend ongoing weekly sales training to enhance performance
- E Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- F Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
- G Comfortable presenting and speaking with confidence
- H Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- I Reliable transportation and local residency required
- J Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- K Pre-qualified leads provided—no cold calling

Base Salary + Commission Structure (performance-based)
On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
