In-Home Sales Representative
About the role
Quality Craftsmen, a fast-growing bath remodeling company, is seeking motivated closers to join our sales team. We provide pre-qualified appointments, an industry-leading sales process, premium products, and the support you need to focus on closing deals and earning exceptional commissions. No cold calling, door knocking, or lead generation—our marketing team fills your calendar with qualified homeowners who have already requested information.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
- Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our iPad-based presentation
- Listen to customers' needs and design customized bath remodeling solutions
- Present pricing, financing options, and product recommendations
- Guide customers through the buying process and confidently close sales
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to project completion
- Participate in ongoing training and sales meetings to continue growing your success
