Bath Pros is growing, and we're looking for motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our team! We help homeowners transform their bathrooms with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath solutions.

About the role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their needs, present customized solutions, and help them create the bathroom they’ve always wanted.

Pay

$80,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential with uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Present bath remodeling solutions using our iPad-based sales presentation
• Design customized solutions and provide pricing options
• Build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Previous in-home sales, remodeling, or home improvement experience is a plus
