In-Home Sales Executive - Whole House Water Treatment

About the role

For more than 42 years, LifeSource Water Systems has been a trusted leader in residential water treatment. Today, we're one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, with a proven reputation, an established brand name, and nationwide growth. We're expanding and looking for an accomplished sales professional who wants to build a substantial long-term income, utilizing LifeSource provided marketing leads and an in-house installation team. Your business will come from two primary channels: residential sales to homeowners who have contacted LifeSource requesting information about whole-home water treatment, and contractor & professional partnerships developed over time within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Residential Sales: Set appointments and meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in whole-home water treatment. Success requires phone activity, follow-up, consultative selling, in-home presentations, CRM management, and closing.
• Contractor & Professional Partnerships: Develop a network of plumbing contractors and other professional referral partners within your territory. This channel can equal 35% of annual income.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful high-ticket, B2B, B2C, or territory sales experience
• A documented history of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
• Strong in-home presentation, closing and objection-handling skills
• Experience prospecting and developing referral business
• Experience managing a CRM from initial contact through follow-up and close
• The ability to work independently in a disciplined fashion and without constant supervision

Compensation

• W-2 sales position with uncapped earning potential
• $50,000 annual recoverable draw offset against commissions earned
• 15% commission structure
• Compensation paid weekly
• Monthly incentives based on achieving sales targets
