Job Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments throughout Queens.
- Conduct professional in-home consultations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through a consultative sales approach.
- Close sales during the initial consultation.
- Maintain accurate customer information using company CRM systems.
- Follow company sales processes to maximize results.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in home improvement sales is a plus (bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar industries).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to complete our fully paid training program.
