Responsibilities

• Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
• Run in‑home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
• Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision‑making
• Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
• Generate referrals through strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, but not required (in‑home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
• Strong closing, objection‑handling, and communication skills
• Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
• Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
• Drive to maximize income through performance
