Blanton Plumbing is expanding its Sewer Sales Division in Columbus, Ohio, and we're looking for experienced In-Home Sales Consultants, Residential Sales Representatives, HVAC Comfort Advisors, Home Improvement Sales Professionals, and High-Ticket Sales Professionals. If you have a proven track record selling high-ticket products or services directly to homeowners, we'll teach you the sewer and plumbing side of the business. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners to understand their sewer problems, present solutions, and close sales. Responsibilities Include Conducting in-home sales consultations with homeownersBuilding rapport and establishing customer trustIdentifying customer needs and sewer-related problemsLearning and using sewer camera inspection technologyPresenting high-ticket sewer repair and replacement solutionsHandling questions and objectionsClosing sales during the initial appointment when appropriateMaintaining accurate customer and sales informationWorking with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience We're looking for experienced sales professionals — not necessarily plumbers. Requirements 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in residential, in-home, field, or outside salesProven experience selling face-to-face with homeownersHigh-ticket sales experienceStrong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsAbility to build rapport and establish trust quicklyComfortable working in a 100% commission-based environmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass background and driving record checksAbility to lift approximately 40 lbs. up and down stairsWillingness to learn residential plumbing and sewer systemsBuild on the Sales Skills You Already HaveIf you've succeeded in HVAC, roofing, pest control, remodeling, restoration, solar, windows, waterproofing, or another home-services sales industry, you already have the foundation for this role.J.
