In-Home Sales Consultant (Company Vehicle Provided $10K Sign-On Bonus)

About the role

Join J. Blanton Plumbing, a fast-growing residential plumbing company in Chicago, in expanding its Bathroom Remodeling Division. We're seeking experienced sales consultants with a strong track record in home improvement sales.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-home consultations to assess homeowner's shower remodel needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present the company, products, and design options clearly and professionally.
• Create accurate, detailed quotes based on consultations.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and answer their questions or concerns.
• Build trust with clients and ensure a positive, professional experience in each home.
• Take precise measurements necessary for the remodel.
• Keep sales records updated and document customer interactions.
• Stay informed about our products, processes, and industry trends.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales.
• A proven track record of high sales performance.
• Prior experience in bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, doors, exterior remodeling, or other home improvement industries is preferred.
• Experience generating at least $2M in annual sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset.
