Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000+ (Commission Only) plus Performance Bonus
Location: Travel Required (Amarillo, TX)

The Opportunity

You will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing honest, integrity-driven assessments of their property’s structural health. This role offers the chance to leverage our proven 50-year training system to achieve high-earning potential without needing prior sales experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong commitment to ethical communication and walking in integrity with every customer
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in a face-to-face setting
• Sharp attention to detail when documenting site conditions and customer requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Background in construction, home improvement, or trades is highly beneficial
• Limited to no prior sales experience is preferred as we provide comprehensive system training
• Resilient mindset with a desire to succeed in a performance-based, commission-only environment
