Renewal by Andersen is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants. The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$225,000+, with no cold calling required. Ideal candidates are passionate, persuasive, and enjoy helping homeowners improve their homes.

About the Role

This role involves visiting homeowners for pre-qualified appointments, building rapport, understanding needs, presenting product solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Successful candidates must have at least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience, a track record of closing sales, strong communication skills, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments
• Build rapport, understand homeowner needs, and present product solutions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Use the company's proven sales process, sample kits, and technology to help close deals
• Represent a brand homeowners already know and trust

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Track record of closing sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Available for evening and weekend appointments
