About the role

As a Residential Estimator (Generator Sales), you're at the heart of the company's sales operations. You will oversee all sales operations for the customers you serve, supported through the full cycle from lead generation to contract signing and installation planning. You move quickly with the changing environment and stay up to date with key software (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Dropbox). A customer-first mindset with care and empathy in interactions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Estimation of mechanical/electrical projects (Generator Installation)
• Direct one-on-one communication with customers (excellent email/phone skills required)
• Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to team members
• Maintain relationships with homeowners and general contractors
• Be professional and uphold Oregon Generators Core Values
• Regular attendance and promptness (considered part of essential job functions)

Requirements

• 3+ years of Sales Experience
• Familiarity with financing goods/services (e.g., car loans, home improvement)
• Highly proficient in Google Suite (Excel, Google Docs) and comfortable with technology/new software
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels of management and maintain confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and highly observant to ensure smooth sales operations
• Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, and willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks
• Positive, warm, and empathetic toward customers, business partners, and employees
• Humble and eager to learn

Pay

$85,000 - $150,000+ per year (base + commission structure)
