About the role

Green Star Exteriors is a fast-growing Sales and Marketing company, located just outside of Philadelphia. We have a strong track record of success, having been recognized as the Best Place to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2019, 2022, and 2023, and placing in the top 3 in 2023. We are currently expanding our Business Development and Sales Divisions and are seeking an In Home Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Receive fully qualified leads to close deals
• Train in all of Green Star’s products and deliver presentations on exterior home remodeling
• Develop enhanced communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning
• Grow into upper management positions within the company

Requirements

• Ability to speak in public with confidence
• Self-motivated and outgoing personality
• Goal and career-oriented mindset
• Active listening and pleasant persistence skills
• Previous industry sales experience preferred

Benefits

• Average first-year compensation range of $90,000 - $175,000+
• Full benefits package
