Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners across the Delmarva Peninsula
• Listen to their goals and inspect the home or property
• Present the right solution
• Educate homeowners and build trust
• Guide homeowners through our proven sales process
• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners who requested our help
• Inspect the home, garage, crawlspace, basement, concrete, or exterior based on the service needed
• Explain concerns clearly and present customized solutions
• Close sales in the home
• Follow up on open proposals and keep accurate CRM notes
