Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners across the Delmarva Peninsula, listen to their goals, inspect the home or property, and present the right solution.
• Education homeowners, build trust, and guide them through our proven sales process.
• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners who requested our help.
• Inspect the home, garage, crawlspace, basement, concrete, or exterior based on the service needed.
• Explain concerns clearly and present customized solutions.
• Close sales in the home.
• Follow up on open proposals and keep accurate CRM notes.
