About the role

USA Insulation is seeking a sales representative to join our team. We offer a commission-based compensation structure with performance bonuses, free uniforms, paid training, and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking
• Educate homeowners, handle objections, and close on the first visit
• Work a few days a week, or full time — your call
• Cover Central Kentucky
