In-Home Remodeling Sales - W2, Paid Training - $2500 Signing Bonus

Purpose of Position

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Schedule

• Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday
• Weeks 1–2: Monday–Friday, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Weeks 3–4: Tuesday–Friday (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation – all leads are warm and pre-set

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience (but recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles have also seen great success)
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Annual Net Sales Bonus Program
• Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+
• $2,500 Signing Bonus! (payable after 90 days of continuous employment; eligibility requirements and terms apply; eligible for candidates who apply starting 8/19/2026 through 9/30/2026)
