• Primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members
• May encounter household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Able to cover specified primary locations
