What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products

- Primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members
- May encounter various conditions such as household pets, secondhand smoke, and airborne allergens or irritants
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform duties in these environments

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Able to cover specified primary locations
