What You'll Do
- Engage with people in the comfort of their own homes
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products
A Note On Our Work Environment
- Primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
