In-Home Physician Full Time - Sault Ste. Marie

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for patients
• Establish trust and rapport with patients during visits
• Review patient medical and medication histories thoroughly
• Perform physical evaluations and coordinate follow-up diagnostics as needed
• Travel to patient homes and conduct virtual visits when required
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
• Collaborate with health plans and care teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in relevant coverage areas
• Preferred multi-state licenses
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients
• Previous experience in a clinical setting or home health evaluations
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care
