Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and manage performance across cohorts, states, and vendor partners
- Design and implement performance management strategies supporting value-based outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leaders for implementation planning and performance optimization
- Analyze and communicate program results, identifying trends and risks
- Develop functional, segment-specific strategies for complex performance challenges
- Exercise independent judgment in addressing multifaceted performance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, public policy, data analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, program delivery, operations, or analytics, preferably within IHWA or similar workforce/healthcare initiatives
- Proven experience monitoring and managing performance across multiple cohorts, states, or vendors
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor performance and drive accountability through data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend corrective actions
