In-Home Performance Lead

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and manage performance across cohorts, states, and vendor partners
• Design and implement performance management strategies supporting value-based outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leaders for implementation planning and performance optimization
• Analyze and communicate program results, identifying trends and risks
• Develop functional, segment-specific strategies for complex performance challenges
• Exercise independent judgment in addressing multifaceted performance issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, public policy, data analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in performance management, program delivery, operations, or analytics, preferably within IHWA or similar workforce/healthcare initiatives
• Proven experience monitoring and managing performance across multiple cohorts, states, or vendors
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify trends
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor performance and drive accountability through data-driven insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend corrective actions
