In Home Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Trach/Vent Teenager (Weekends)

Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity care to teenagers with trachs and vents
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
- Deliver care from a place of heartfelt compassion and empathy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (one year required in Georgia)
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and exemptions for medical or religious reasons
