In Home Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Trach Child (Weekends)

About the role

Aveanna is a leading private duty nursing company that provides compassionate care to patients in their homes. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in Adel, GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA).
• Reliable transportation.

• Must have reliable transportation.
