Job Highlights

• Visit lasts about 45 minutes

What You'll Do

• Engage one-on-one with people in their homes
• Answer health questions
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews
• Perform physical evaluations
• (If ordered) Conduct additional diagnostic tests
• Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow
• Not required to prescribe medicine, order labs, or alter treatment regimens

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Board certification (required)
• Multi-state licenses (preferred)
