About the role

Professional Services Group is seeking dedicated mental health therapists to join our in-home therapy team in Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth Counties. We are a community-based social services organization focused on helping individuals and families achieve their greatest potential through dynamic and innovative programming. This role involves providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, including individual, family, and couples therapy. We hire both fully licensed therapists and those working toward licensure, offering group supervision and consultation. Part-time therapists are compensated for all hours worked, including supervision and clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, building meaningful relationships to support clients' journeys.
• Complete intake assessments to inform diagnostic impressions.
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans that guide recovery, meet clients where they are, and reflect their strengths.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation compliant with clinic policies and licensure standards.
• Actively participate in supervision by presenting cases and providing support and feedback to colleagues.
• Maintain ethical standards and professional excellence.
• Coordinate and communicate with other treatment team members.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Licensure to provide therapy in Wisconsin (e.g., LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location

This position involves traveling to meet clients and families throughout Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth Counties. Remote work flexibility is available when in-person visits are not scheduled.

Schedule

Part-time and flexible hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including some after-school and evening hours to accommodate client schedules.

Pay

• $25.00 – $30.00 per hour for non-licensed therapists or those in training.
• $30.00 – $35.00 per hour for fully licensed therapists, depending on experience and licensure.
