Responsible for providing in-home HVAC service and repair to residential customers. Must possess valid certifications and experience in HVAC maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
- Install new HVAC equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- Valid HVAC certification
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools
- Knowledgeable in HVAC installation techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
