About the role

Join Absolute Heating and Air as a full-time HVAC Comfort Specialist to take charge of your earning potential and forge a rewarding career in the industry! We're seeking an experienced problem solver to join our Morgantown, WV team and help create incredible outcomes for our customers!

What To Expect

You'll usually work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to meet with homeowners on weekends and in the evenings as needed. Always upbeat, confident, and professional, you'll work directly with homeowners to design custom HVAC systems, recommend upgrades, and sell additional services they could benefit from. You'll learn about their temperature, air quality, and energy-efficiency needs as well as perform in-home inspections to find hot/cold spots and get a closer look at the system. You'll educate homeowners on how they can benefit from duct cleaning, humidifiers, UV lights, advanced filtration systems, etc., helping them make the right decisions for their homes and equipment. You'll discuss tax incentives, negotiate deals, and help change our customers' lives for the better!

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Ability to access attics, small crawl spaces, and roofs as needed
• High proficiency with technology and digital tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate homeowners on new systems and their benefits
• Valid driver's license

Desired

• Experience with in-home sales and running a 10-step sales process
• Experience with digital CRM dispatching
• Knowledge about the financing process
• Ability to perform accurate system load calculations

Pay

We offer a competitive base wage, and with commission, you'll have an earning potential of $85,000 - $200,000+ per year!
