About the role

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage feeding tubes (training available)
• Document patient care electronically using provided tablets
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and support staff
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered home healthcare
• Ensure clinical outcomes through skilled nursing interventions

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training available if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation required

Skills

Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
