Position: Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Location: Amarillo, TX
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare for pediatric patients, including feeding tube management and medication administration (training available).
- Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through patient-centered care, documentation via electronic tablets, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, manage feeding tubes, document care electronically, collaborate with team members, and maintain compliance with licensing and health requirements.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (training available if needed)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred: Six months hands-on nursing experience
