Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Document patient care using electronic systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding nursing practice
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation

Weekly and/or Daily Pay
Schedule
Full-time, Part-time, or PRN. Shifts available include days, nights, and weekends.
