In Home Healthcare LPN: Low Acuity (Days)

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to children and adults in need of home-based nursing services.
• Assess and document patient needs using electronic tablets provided in the patient's home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, including feeding tube management, as needed.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding home healthcare.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Compact license must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.

Pay

Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications.

Monday-Friday, 7:30a-3:30p.
