In-Home Health - Physician (Part Time) - Seattle, WA

About the role

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part-time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You'll engage with people in their homes, conducting evaluations that include medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and, if necessary, additional diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute visits in people's homes
• Review medication and medical histories
• Perform physical evaluations
• Order and conduct diagnostic tests as directed by the person’s health plan (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry)
• Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow
• Not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter treatment regimens
• Build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes
• Visit millions of people nationwide to provide connections to the right care
• Conduct virtual visits as needed
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Able to cover specified primary locations: Seattle and surrounding area

Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $125.00 - $125.00, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
