About the role
Provide in-home or virtual health evaluations to enhance patient care and health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 45-minute in-home or virtual health assessments, including medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered.
- Build trusted relationships with patients, addressing health questions and promoting personalized care.
- Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations; no prescribing or treatment modifications required.
- Travel locally within licensed states as needed and provide diagnostic services such as spirometry or screenings.
- Contribute to efforts to connect patients with appropriate care and improve community health.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted licensure in relevant areas; board certification required.
- Multi-state licenses preferred.
- Ability to cover primary locations, including Spokane and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and flexibility for travel and virtual visits.
