In-Home Health - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full Time) - Yakima, WA

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients during in-home health evaluations
• Build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes
• Provide personalized health evaluations tailored to individual needs
• Conduct virtual visits as needed
• Perform diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
• Flexibly travel locally within licensed states
• Fulfill specified role requirements as a clinician

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Board certification required
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Ability to cover Yakima County and surrounding areas

Pay

$95,738 – $206,206 annually
