In-Home Health Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full Time) - Wenatchee

This full-time role leads clinical initiatives focused on scalable in-home care, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex healthcare requirements into practical technology solutions and influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations and assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients
• Engage with patients to answer health questions
• Utilize technology for clinical workflow
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
• Adapt to diverse home environments while ensuring safety
• Travel locally and within licensed states

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the coverage area
• Board certification required
• Preferred: multi-state licenses
• Experience in providing in-home evaluations preferred

Pay
