Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring an In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarian to serve pet families across Charlotte, Huntersville, Belmont, Harrisburg, and Matthews, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine without a waiting room, double-booked schedules, or corporate production metrics—just you, a family who loves their pet, and the time to do it right.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets
• Work independently in a mobile environment
• Maintain rotational weekend availability
• Lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
• Demonstrate compassion, dignity, and respect in all interactions
• Communicate professionally with team members and families

Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or BVMS degree
• Valid driver’s license
