Job Summary

Window World is a nationally franchised, exterior remodeling company seeking a Design Consultant to sell residential window and door projects in the Mid-Michigan area (Mt Pleasant to South of Jackson).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships to foster repeat business.
• Perform product demonstrations and explain features to potential clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and possess a valid driver’s license for travel.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Home improvement related sales experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
