In-Home CNAs/NAs – Competitive Pay & Flexible Scheduling

About the role

Always Best Care is seeking CNAs and Nurse Aides to join our team. We provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships and making a positive impact daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) certification required (CNA accepted)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Caregiver must have a compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical support as needed
