In-Home CNA | Evening Shift (2 PM–10 PM)

About the Role

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a compassionate and dependable In-Home CNA to join our team at Pathways Omaha. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to participants in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Mileage reimbursement is provided at 72.5 cents per mile for eligible travel.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, offering consistent evening hours with no overnight shifts.

Pay

This position will pay up to $22.06/hour, based upon experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist participants with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, and recreational programming.
• Support participants in the center and/or their homes.
• Monitor and report participants’ health status.
• Ensure a safe environment for participants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state of employment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job-specific training related to working with the elderly population within the first six months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable means of transportation.
