About the Role

You don't have to look for clients. No cold-calls, no uncomfortable sales conversations, no sales quotas. You get to train clients from their homes, where they're comfortable and you can actually build relationships with them. Your job fits your life and schedule. You can work however long you want, at the time you want, on the days you want, and you don't need to rearrange your schedule, unless you want to. Compensation & Advancement

  • Earn $30–$40 per training session to start, with opportunities to earn more through semi-private/group sessions, performance incentives, and advancement

Requirements

  • National personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
  • Able to travel to clients' homes (means of transport & a valid driver's license)
  • Can show real results you've helped clients achieve
  • Passion for in-home or on-site personal training

We make local client assignments a priority. Most clients are assigned within approximately a 15–30 minute drive of your home, and we're continually working to make those territories even tighter. Many trainers have clients just a few miles from where they live.

Responsibilities

What does a day with us look like? It looks exactly how you want it to look! Perhaps it starts with you dropping off your kids to school then delivering client sessions for the next 3–4 hours before you head out to your other job. Or maybe you wake up at dawn and drive down to a client — who needs coffee? You might leave work, make dinner for the kids and get two or three sessions in before you call it a day!

You will be required to:

  • Build customized fitness programs while focusing on motivation, safety, and proper technique
  • Guide clients through workouts, track their progress, and celebrate their wins with periodic reassessments
  • Stay connected with your team through mentorship and ongoing support
